– Singha partners with Street Food Cardiff –
Singha Beer [pronounced ‘sing’], the original beer of Thailand, is packing its bar and heading to the circus for a residency at the Big Top throughout this summer’s Street Food Cardiff Night Market (1 May – 28 June).
Food lovers visiting the Street Food Circus this summer will be able to sample the authentic Thai beer at the Singha bar and pair it with their favourite street treats for the entire two month night market period.
The original Singha recipe was created using a blend of sweet, earthy and spicy flavours to complement the spectrum of tastes in Thai cuisine which makes it perfect to pair with everything from Pad Thai to Jungle Curry, but also makes it the perfect beer for food lovers to partner with other flavoursome dishes – ideal for a street food bonanza like Street Food Circus.
The Singha Bar is open from 5pm – 11:00pm, Friday and Saturday, 2pm – 10pm Sunday, 1 May – 28 June 2015.
