Blood cancer charity Bloodwise has joined forces with UK auction house Classic Car Auctions to launch this year’s Big Welsh Car Show, taking place in Margam Country Park on Sunday 18 September.
The specialist auction house, which is the official sponsor of the classic car show, wants to raise funds for the charity and is appealing to generous vintage car dealers to donate a car. This would be auctioned in December, with all of the money raised from it going to Bloodwise to improve the lives of blood cancer patients.
Rachael Davies, Regional Manager for Bloodwise said: “We are thrilled to have Classic Car Auctions as our sponsor for the show and extremely grateful that they are offering to auction a car for us to support Bloodwise. If you have a vintage or retro car that you could possibly donate, even if it needs restoring, or if you know someone who could then we would love to hear from you.”
Anyone who generously donates a car to Bloodwise will get free entry to the Big Welsh Car Show, including a host of VIP perks and entry for guests.
