CITY VOICES CARDIFF return to St David’s Hall with another fun-filled concert for the whole family on Saturday 9 July at 6pm.
Sing the Musicals: Encore brings together a selection of the finest and best-loved songs from the most successful West End and Broadway shows ever – all performed enchantingly by a large choir and live orchestra.
Conducted by their music director, Simon Curtis, City Voices Cardiff will perform hits from The King and I, Matilda, Into the Woods, Chess, Miss Saigon, Once, The Sound of Music, Rent, Les Misérables and Sweeney Todd to name just a few!
Cardiff City Voices formed in 2008 and consisted of a small choir of 25 people. Yet, their reputation rapidly grew and now they have a membership of nearly 200!
Since then they have over £50,000 for various good causes, and the proceeds from this concert will go to their 2016 nominated charity Child Bereavement UK.
