Independent Avon Sales Leaders and married couple Jane and Howard from Cardiff say: ‘Christmas is the busiest time of year for most Avon Representatives. We have seen an increase in product sold as people are keen to get their Christmas shopping done early and from the comfort of their own homes.’
‘Avon now offers everything from the usual beauty Christmas gift sets to more unexpected items such as clothing, homeware and jewellery. Jane adds ‘Our team of Avon Representatives in Cardiff have been hard at work to make sure our new and existing customers have all they need ahead of Christmas. We are available to our customers right up until the last minute on Christmas eve, taking a break for Christmas day and then back out distributing the sale books on Boxing day!’
Lynda Mills, Director General of the Direct Selling Association, comments: ‘What has been interesting about this year’s pre-Christmas sales statistics is that there is no clear difference between buying online and buying in-store.
