Cardiff’s New Theatre was a charming venue for Tuesday evening’s performance of the much-loved movie-turned-musical Flashdance by Tom Hedley and Robert Cary. Honesty being a key ingredient for a reliable reviewer, I have to confess that I have never actually seen the movie, and therefore attended the show as a complete Flash-first timer.
