Charities in Cardiff have a chance to win a share of a £25,000 prize pot offered by specialist charity insurer Ansvar’s Community Campaign.   Many good causes in the region have been struggling to raise funds during the pandemic and Ansvar, which has insured charities, churches and voluntary groups for more than 60 years, is offering help.   The money will be split three ways: £15,000 for the overall winner with £5,000 each going to two additional charities.   The…

Charity Hestia’s UK SAYS NO MORE campaign is to dramatically expand its Safe Spaces scheme for victims of domestic abuse across the UK, in response to rising levels of abuse during the pandemic. The Safe Spaces scheme offers access points, through high street partners, where victims can discreetly use consultation rooms to access specialist domestic abuse services.
