Simon Geoffrey Kealy (“Mr Kealy”), sole director of The Cardiff Restaurant Company Limited (“CRC”), has been disqualified for 6 years by the High Court on 29 August for trading to the detriment of creditors, in particular HM Revenue & Customs.
