A patient at University Hospital Llandough has become the first in Wales to receive a transfusion of monoclonal antibodies to treat COVID-19. Blood donors across Wales are being asked to ‘keep donating’ during the Wales-wide firebreak to help the Welsh Blood Service maintain healthy blood stocks for the NHS.
