The annual large-scale outdoor multicultural festival was formed back in 2006. As always the event is open to people of all ages and colours, and even better news – it’s free!
The Mela showcases a wide diversity of cultures, music, dance, arts, fashion and food to name a few. Although the Mela’s roots are Asian cultures, this is a festival for all and aims to educate, share and celebrate all cultures.
They’ll also be plenty of activities including rides, market stalls, medndi artists, music workshops, children’s activities, face painting, sports workshops and much more!
The 2024 festival will feature many artists from Bollywood to rnb singers. National and International Acts taking to the stage in 2024 include:
DJ Kizzi, Ezu, Jernade Miah, Navin Kundra, Arma, Munraj, Smash Bengali and H Dhami.
