Staff from the Cardiff offices of Onecom helped raise more than £2,000 for the mental health charity MIND with a sponsored run. Workers from across the business took part in the event on Thursday (June 29th) as part of ongoing celebrations for the company’s 15th birthday. Community groups in Wales are being invited to apply for a slice of £82,000 funding by the UK’s fourth largest building society. A new vintage shop has opened in Cardiff City Centre. Ami’s sells women’s vintage clothes, jewellery and accessories, along with a few more modern ‘preloved’ items.  Football fever hit the area as a festival of football hit Cardiff as teams from across Wales, from Penarth, Cardiff, Barry and far afield such as places like Swansea, Ceredigion, Gwent and Pembrokeshire ascended on Cardiff Arms Park the home of Cardiff Blues. BBC Children in Need has allocated over £29,600 in new funding to a group working with disadvantaged children and young people across Cardiff.
