Children, families and nurseries are being called on to put their best foot forward for Barnardo’s in the charity’s Big Toddle, an event first dreamt up by fundraisers in Wales more than 20 years ago. Last year’s Barnardo’s Big Toddle saw thousands of under-fives take part in short, sponsored “toddles” across Britain and they raised £231,512 for the UK’s largest children’s charity.
