A school girl from Cardiff has raised money for a charity that funds research into a life-limiting condition. Rowan Bailey-Lear, aged 10 from Morganstown has raised £130 for Harrison’s Fund which is based in Surrey. BBC Children in Need has announced that it has awarded this to a project aimed at working with disadvantaged children   The new funding will enable projects to provide services to young people in the area and the news means that the charity now has more than £1.2m invested in Cardiff. The bikers, Rogue Riders Riding Group South Wales, have donated a generous assortment of Easter eggs to the families of sick children staying at Ronald McDonald House Cardiff.
