Formed in 1957, the MFPA is part of a global, self-help association of artists that enables nearly 800 artists from more than 80 countries worldwide to make a sustainable living through their art. Scout Post is a scheme that offers the public of Cardiff and most parts of the Vale of Glamorgan an opportunity to send Christmas Cards at a fraction of the cost of other postal services.
