Love In The 4th Dimension will be released on the 7th April 2017 through Fiction Records. It was recorded in London throughout the Summer, and co-produced by Catherine Marks and Juliette Jackson.
“We’ve been playing these songs for two years now, and it’s a dream come true to finally immortalise them on record. It’s like having eleven tiny babies all at once, all with their own little faces and voices and personalities, and now we’re ready to throw them out of our nest and into your ears.”
The album will be released digitally, on CD, and on heavyweight vinyl. Signed copies of the CD, vinyl and limited edition polaroids will be exclusively available to fans through The Big Moon online store. www.thebigmoon.co.uk
The band have also recently unveiled a new recording of their debut release, Sucker. It is the latest track to be lifted from the forthcoming debut album. It is fitting that the song that arguably started The Big Moon’s colourful story is the one that should be released on the eve of release of their debut album too. A long-standing closer to the London band’s raucous live show, Sucker is arguably the finest example yet of what makes them such an enticing, exciting young British band.
Ahead of a hectic schedule at this year’s SXSW throughout this month, the band recently stopped by the legendary Maida Vale Studios to play a blistering set at this year’s Radio 1 Future Festival. The quartet will return to the UK in April to head off on another full UK tour ahead of a typically busy festival season. Those UK dates kick off in Brighton on the 20th April and conclude in London on the 2nd May at Village Underground. For further live details, please see below.
They will be in Cardiff on 21st April – Clwb lfor Bach, Cardiff
